Dr. Helen, Plant-based, Salad dressing, Vegan

- ½ avocado
- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 T unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 T amino acids
- 2 T raw local honey if available
- ½ -1 cup water (can be more based on your desired consistency since avocado can be thick, but it is also creamy).
- 4 T algae oil (can use olive if needed, algae oil is tasteless and very light)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite salad.
PS My girls don’t like avocado, but this just makes more for me. (Lol). Avocado is full of good fats. They also help to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients like beta-carotene and lutein in foods that are eaten with the fruit. This leads to more anti-cancer fighting potential and eye health. It also contains vitamins B and E as well as folate which is important in making normal red blood cells.
