Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite salad.

Notes

PS My girls don't like avocado, but this just makes more for me. (Lol). Avocado is full of good fats. They also help to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients like beta-carotene and lutein in foods that are eaten with the fruit. This leads to more anti-cancer fighting potential and eye health. It also contains vitamins B and E as well as folate which is important in making normal red blood cells.
