Breakfast Bowl

6 oz non-dairy yogurt (your choice)
1/2 c granola
1/4 cashews
1/2 c blackberries


Wash fruit then layer all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.

Notes: This is a simple, quick, easy and delicious breakfast or anytime snack.  I have chosen a blueberry non-dairy Greek styled yogurt that is quite tasty.  There is plenty of protein in the cashews, crunch in the granola and smoothness in the yogurt' and incredibly powerful antioxidants  to counter inflammation, fight against cancer and benefits anti-aging efforts.  A delicious way to stay young.
