Wanda Trotman is a Board Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Health Coach. Wanda has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and received her undergraduate degree from Oakwood University in Huntsville Alabama. She went on to receive her Master’s of Science degree as a Family Nurse practitioner from the University of Huntsville in Alabama. She has spent most of her years working as a Critical Care nurse, Cardiac and Home health nurse and has traveled the United States working as a travel nurse.

Wanda developed a passion for alternative and holistic medicine from a personal experience when her eldest son was six months old and developed epilepsy with multiple seizures daily even though he was maxed out on pharmaceutical medications. Doctors had pretty much given him up to die. After working with a holistic nutrition practitioner, he became seizure free after 2 ½ years and was able to live a normal life. This sparked Wanda’s holistic nutrition interest and led to Wanda’s positive intervention with many of her family and friends.

Wanda’s motto is “if you give the body the right nutrition, the body has the ability to heal itself”. Due to her passion, sincerity and eagerness to learn more, she continued her studies and obtained her certification as a Certified Health Coach. Wanda is very passionate about educating and teaching clients about good health and nutrition and uses her comforting approach to educate her clients and families about health related issues, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Her guidance creates uplifting and positive environments for clients to thrive under challenging circumstances.

Wanda resides in Huntsville, AL and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, three gorgeous grandchildren and extended family members. Her interest include piano, singing, reading, traveling, entrepreneurship and good quality family time.

Her personal goal is to further pursue her studies in holistic medicine and receive her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine.
