After earning her Medical Doctorate and Master of Science in Anatomy degrees at Howard University, her passion to learn about health and longevity lead her to a prestigious position as one of only two students in a dual residency program at The Johns Hopkins/Sinai Hospital Program. She completed both residency programs in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Internal Medicine in five years.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Helen combines conventional and alternative medicine to help her patients achieve optimal health. Over the years, she has pioneered and fine-tuned a comprehensive diet and nutrition program to make it easy for men and women to thrive.

Wanda Trotman, N.P.
Wanda Trotman is a Board Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Health Coach. Wanda has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and received her undergraduate degree from Oakwood University in Huntsville Alabama. She went on to receive her Master’s of Science degree as a Family Nurse practitioner from the University of Huntsville in Alabama. She has spent most of her years working as a Critical Care nurse, Cardiac and Home health nurse and has traveled the United States working as a travel nurse.
Kelly Weichsel-Arya, RN
Kelly Weichsel-Arya, RN, is a Plant-Based Nurse Educator who found out very early on in her career what great lifestyle/nutrition education can do to totally transform a client’s poor health to wellness. On her travels as a foreign scholar after her Bachelor’s from University of California at Berkeley, Kelly decided she wanted to enter the medical field. Her goal was to encourage lifestyle changes into what she saw as sub-optimal nutrition education for patients suffering from preventable chronic illnesses. She realized that most physicians, including her own father, were not trained in nutrition like Dr. Helen PS, and were not optimally able to guide their patients.
Florence Hovy is a professional educator and student of all things in the medical, health and nutritional fields. She has a degree in physical education and has taught in high school for almost 10 years until she moved abroad with her husband. She has lived on three different continents, raising three children. She earned a bachelor’s degree in primary school education and taught at international schools.
Ronda Rose is an international professional lifestyle and community health specialist. She is a native of Philadelphia, PA. Her journey as a lifestyle professional began with undergraduate studies as a health and physical education major with minor concentrations in recreation and special education from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
Keonna’s passion for nutrition as a treatment for type 2 diabetes was born out of her love for her grandfather. He developed type 2 diabetes while Keonna was at her most impressionable stage of youth. Watching his slow, but steady decline over the years prompted her to develop an interest in nutrition as her life’s aspiration. After his unfortunate demise, she became motivated and to extensively research the true nature of food and its aﬀect on health. Through her sadness, a commitment to health and nutrition was born.
Lillian Smith, PhD
Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate education at Oakwood University with a double major in Biology and Spanish. She received both her graduate degrees (M.S. & Ph.D.) in Food Science from Alabama A&M University and has published two manuscripts in the International Journal of Cancer Research on the chemopreventive effects of phytochemicals present in sunflower seeds and coconut flour.
